Triton Care Ltd is a healthcare agency to support live-in care and complex care clients. The team at Triton Care has over 20 year’s experience in the health and social care setting. We aim to provide outstanding quality care to individuals who maintain care at home. To do this we aim to build strong relationships with the people we support and their families, by gaining their trust and encouraging all the people we support to be in full control of their care package. We are motivated to improve the independence of the people that choose our services so that they can get the most out of their life.

We are happy to provide live-in care and complex care introductory services to a wide range of people living with a variety of conditions or under CQC regulation. This support is commissioned by individuals and families to ensure the right carers for their loved ones. This can be through a combination of funding streams, from privately funded to direct payments by Social Services and the NHS for both Continuing Heath Care and End of life care.
